Fight to save the NW Leicestershire rural Post Office network from closure
30 January 2007One of my first acts, when I was selected as the Conservative candidate for NW Leics., was to petition the Labour Government about the importance of saving the rural Post Office network in NW Leics.. Hundreds of petition sheets were distributed across the consistency, and 2240 names were collected and sent off to The Department of Trade and Industry, to show the strength of feeling in the Constituency. I will continue to fight Labour's cutbacks in the vital rural Post Office network.
