Protect the citizens of NW Leicestershire from big brother government intrusion in the form of ID Cards and various other methods of snooping.

The Labour Party wish to impose a tax of at least £93 on everybody under the ID card scheme. These are an invasion of privacy, will not stop identity theft or terrorism. They are a waste on money which would be better spent on more police officers, prison places and drug rehabilitation centres, and I will fight to oppose them.
