MP backs action to address misuse of human rights legislation
Responding to the Home Secretary’s statement on family migration, Andrew Bridgen backs Government action to address the legal misuse of human rights legislation.
Andrew Bridgen (North West Leicestershire) (Con): From the Brighton conference reforms to the changes announced today, does my right hon. Friend agree that this Government have done more to address the legal misuse of human rights legislation in the past 13 weeks than the previous Government did in 13 years?
Mrs May: I can give my hon. Friend a very simple and easy answer to his question, and that is yes.
